2. If there is a mistake or manufacturer's defect, we will take the steps to have the issue rectified or replaced the item after you notify us immediately after receiving item within 24 hours via email at AFRIKANADOLLZ@GMAIL.COM

If the item is damaged, used and does not pass inspection, we will return the item back to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order has been placed there will be no cancellation of that order
